What to Expect...
This is our next level kids session. Great for kids who have been to our Kids Beginners Session or those who can already use their sewing machine and are excited to make an item of clothing.
We spend the session making a simple skirt with an elastic waist and pockets.
Handouts will be given for each technique we learn along with instructions so they can make more skirts at home.
You can bring your own sewing machine, or you can borrow one of ours. Just let us know if you would like us to provide one. You can bring your own fabric or choose some of ours, full details will be sent on email upon booking. You'll just need to let us know in advance.
You will leave the session with a skirt, which fits you... made by you!
All we ask is they are 8yrs+ (Year 4+) and they are excited to learn, and able to listen to and follow instructions (hard for some I know!!!) They will also need a responsible adult to attend the session with them. They will be taught by an experienced sewing teacher who has 3 children herself.

The classroom is at the top of a set of stairs and so is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
We have access to small kitchen facilities and toilets.

The Course is £49 for the day (10:30am -3:30pm)

Due to the nature and popularity of our Sewing Sessions once you make payment the class is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. However, if you cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible see our contact us page for details.
